摘  要:实验选用健康的Wistar大鼠,应用光、电镜酶细胞化学方法结合图像分析观察了老龄大鼠海马CA3区神经元的酸性磷酸酶的衰老变化,同时对比观察了人参皂甙对上述改变的影响.光镜结果表明:酸性磷酸酶含量老龄组比青年组增加36%,而给药组较老龄组减少20%;电镜结果表明:酸性磷酸酶反应产物面积老龄组比青年组增加5倍,给药组较老龄组减少2.5倍(P<0.01).光、电镜结果均提示老龄时海马CA3区神经元酸性磷酸酶活性增高,而人参皂甙具有降低酸性磷酸酶活性的作用.The aging changes of the acid phosphatase(ACPase) in the neurons of hippocamplal CAS in the wistar rats were studied by means of cytochemistry and light and electron microscopy, combined with image pattern analysis of microspectrophotometer. The effects of ginsenoside on the changes were observed. The microscopic study showed that ACPase content in the neurons of hippocampal CAS of aged rats increased 36%(P<0. 01) compared with that of young rats and that the content in the neurons of aged rats given ginsenoside decreased 20%(P<0. 01) compared with that of aged rat not given ginsenoside. The electron microscopic study showed that the area of reactive products of ACPase in hippocampal neurons of aged rats was 5 times that of young rats (P<0. 01), and that the area in the neurons of aged rats given ginsenoside was 2. 5 times that of aged rats not given ginsenoside (P<0. 01). The results suggest that ACPase activity in the neurons of hippocampal CAS during physiological aging time is increased and ginsenoside has an effect of decreasing ACPase activity.
