摘　　要：简述了甲醇生产中NHD溶剂脱除无机硫时针对不同H2S含量采用不同工艺流程的特点,脱除有机硫时变换工序各段进出口COS含量的测定数据;介绍了节能型NHD脱碳工艺的流程安排、设备改进和气提方式,结合该工艺的生产运行数据,论述了节能型NHD脱碳工艺的应用效果。Author has discussed the feature that the different process is used in allusion to tlle different process when using the NHD solvent to remove the inorganic sulfur in methanol production, in case the organic sulfur is removed, the data of COS content at each inlet/outlet of the shift section is to be measured; author has introduced and arranged the process of a kind of energy conservation type NHD de-carbon process, and also has introduced the improvement of equipment and the of stripping type, in connection of production operation data of this process, the application effect for the energy conversation type NHD de-carbon process has been discussed.
