摘　　要：目的:探讨成人心肌致密化不全(noncompaction of the ventricular myocardium,NVM)的临床特点及诊断方法,以减少误诊、漏诊,进行早期防治。方法:回顾性分析5例NVM患者的临床表现及相关检查的结果。结果:5例患者临床上以心功能不全及心律失常为主要表现,其中1例以脑栓塞为首发症状,超声心动图均可见典型改变。结论:成人心肌致密化不全的临床表现及心电图无特异性,类似扩张性心肌病,超声心动图具有筛查、确诊的价值。Objective： To explore the clinical characteristics and diagnostic methods of the noncompaction of ven-tricular myocardium in adult, in order to decrease misdiagnosis, and achieve early prevention and treatment. Methods： Clinical manifestations and related results of 5 cases with noncompaction of ventricular myocardium were ana- lyzed retrospectively. Results： Cardiac insufficiency and arrhythmia were the main manifestations of 5 patients, one patient developed cerebral embolism as initial symptom, and typical changes were seen in ultrasonic cardiogram. Conclusion： The clinical manifestations and electrocardiogram showed no specificity in adult noncompaction of ventricular myocardium and similar to dilated cardiomyopathy. Ultrasonic cardiogram has value in screening and confirmation of the diagnosis.
