摘　　要：文章从团队的内涵和特征、全科医生团队产生的动因、全科医生团队服务模式的现况和影响因素、以及全科医生团队建设的对策建议等方面对社区全科医生团队服务模式进行了阐述。Abstract Team＇ s connotation and characteristics, causes of the appearance of general practitioner team, and the status and impact factors of the service model have been discussed, followed with measures to establish the general practitioner team.
