摘 要:钙钛石型复合氧化物具有一系列特殊性能,而其纳米块体的成功制备是该类材料得以大范围应用的关键。介绍了钙钛石型复合氧化物的结构,讨论了该类型纳米氧化物块体的各种制备技术特点与存在的问题,并在国内外现有研究的基础上,总结了该类型氧化物纳米块体在磁学、气敏、催化、高温超导等方面的性能及应用,最后对纳米钙钛石型复合氧化物块体的发展前景进行了展望。The perovskite complex oxides have a series of special performance, and the successful preparation of nano-building blocks is the key to a wide range of application for this kind of materials. In this article, the structure of the perovskite complex oxides is introduced in detail. The characteristics and the existent problems of each kind of preparation technology are discussed for this type of nano-building blocks, and based on the existing research in the do- mestic and foreign countries, the performance and application of nano-building blocks oxides of this type are summarized in magnetism, gas sensitive effect, catalysis, high-temperature superconductivity, and so on. Finally the forecast for the development of the nano-building block of perovskite complex oxides is made.
