摘  要:利用溅射和退火工艺制备了不同组分和厚度的FePt-MgO垂直磁记录介质,并用极化克尔效应测量了介质的磁滞回线,用Spinstand测量了记录性能。研究结果表明,垂直记录介质中磁性晶粒间交换耦合的α值与退火前单层FePt的厚度成反比;信噪比与α值成反比;高频噪音与α值成正比。FePt/MgO granular perpendicular magnetic media with different structures are fabricated by sputtering and post-annealing. Magneto-optical Kerr effect (MOKE) is used to measure the magnetic hysteresis loop. Signal noise ratio (SNR) is decreased with the increase of the exchange coupling. Usually a is used to characterize the exchange coupling between the grains in perpendicular media, α (M-H loop slope parameter,α= 4n(dM/dH) at H=Hc) is decreased with the increase of the thickness of FePt layer. Spin-stand is used to investigate the recording performance of the disks. Noise at high frequency is increased with the increase of the exchange coupling.
