摘 要:以自制Y2(SO4)3和NH4Al(SO4)2.12H2O混合溶液为母盐,碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法制备了以YAG相为主要成分的混合粉体。研究表明,先驱体化学成分为[NH4AlO(OH)HCO3].0.3[Y2(CO3)3.2H2O]。先驱体经1200℃、2h煅烧,pH=7.2时产物以YAG相为混合粉体的主要成分,pH=8.5时Y2O3为主要成分。在较低温度下(低于1500℃),以硫酸盐为母盐制备的YAG混合粉体烧结性低于同样条件下硝酸盐为母盐合成的粉体烧结性。1100℃煅烧2h后合成的YAG混合粉体(pH=7.2),经1700℃真空烧结5h,获得了完全透明的YAG陶瓷,可见光区的最大透光率约为60%。By using tant, respectively, mixed the mixture of yttrium sulfate and ammonium aluminum sulfate as the reagent and precipipowders with a major phase of YAG are synthesized by the co-precipitation method. The thermal decomposition, phase transformation of the precursor and sintering behavior of YAG transparent ceramics are researched carefully. The results show that the chemical composition of the precursor is ENH4 AIO(OH)HCO3] · 0. 3 [Y2 (CO2)2 · 2H2O]. The major phase of mixed powders are YAG and Y2O3 for pH= 7.2 and pH= 8. ,5 respectively when the precursors are calcined at 120℃ for 2h. Below 1500℃, the resulting YAG mixed powders from the sulfate as starting material have a poor sinterability compared with the YAG powders from carbonate as starting material under the same conditions. Fully transparent YAG ceramics are fabricated after vacuum sintering at 1700℃ for 5h using the mixed YAG powders from the precursor (pH=7. 2) calcined at 1100℃ for 2h and 0. 5% tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as a sintering aid addition. The maximum transmission in the range of visible lights is about 60%.
