石斛混淆品——果上叶的生药学初研

摘　　要：目的:为澄清石斛混淆品——短齿石豆兰Bulbophyllum griffitnii(Lindl.)Rchb.f的鉴别,发掘石豆兰属药用植物资源提供科学依据。方法:采用来源鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别的方法对短齿石豆兰进行生药学初研。结果:短齿石豆兰不能代石斛入药。结论:通过比较短齿石豆兰假鳞茎与石斛的组织结构及化学成分,得出二者的区别,为石斛混淆品的鉴别提供一定的依据。Objective ： Providing a sciencific basis for clarifying the identification of Bulbophyllum griffitnii （ Lindl. ） Rchb. f - A Confused Variety of Herba Dendrobii and exhuming Bulbophyllum Genus officinal plant resource. Method： Including source identification, trait identification, microscopic identification and physicochemical identification will be adopted to study it. Result： Bulbophyllum griffitnii （Lindl.） Rchb. f can not replace Dendrobii in medicine. Conclusion： Through comparing both the Organization Structure and Chemical Constituents we can disdiguish the differences between the pseudobulb of Bulbophyllum griffitnii （Lindl.） Rchb. f and Dendrobii. The study of this plant also provides some basis for the identification of the Confused Variety of Herba Dendrobii.
