滇黄芩传粉及繁殖生物学的初步研究

摘  要:目的:自然条件下对滇黄芩(Scutellaria amoena C.H.Wright.)在繁育系统上的传粉生物学及小坚果散布机制和特点进行初步研究,探明其传粉方式及生殖方式。方法:对滇黄芩的传粉昆虫及其活动规律、花粉生活力、柱头可授性、花粉/胚珠比、传粉效率、结实率、小坚果初级散布距离及漂浮能力进行研究。结果:滇黄芩为雌雄同株,传粉昆虫多为蜂类,其花粉生活力、柱头可授性较高,花粉//./胚珠比为1976±28.75,自然结实率为52%,初级散布距离在距植株20~25cm的区域小坚果数目最多,随面积的增加而减少,小坚果的特征使其漂浮能力很强。结论:滇黄芩的传粉生物学及生殖生物的初步研究,对植物的世代延续乃至进化都至关重要,为该物种的迁地保护提供理论依据。Objective: Under natural condition to the conducts of ScuteUaria amoena C. H. Wright. of the prelimingary study on the breeding system pololination biology and the nutlet dispersion mechanism and the characteristic, verifies its pollination way and the reproduction way. Methods: The choice of observing the place and testing the base, carries on the observation to Scutellaria amoena pollination insect and the plan of action pollination process, to the pollen viability, the column head may give the nature, the pollen/ovule compared to, the pollination efficiency, the fertility, the nutlet primary dispersion is away from and the float ability makes the examination. Results: Scutellaria amoena amoena monoecism, pollination insect many for bee class, its pollen viabili- ty, the column head may give the nature to be high, the pollen/ovule compared to is 1976 + 28.75, the natural fertility is 52%, when the primary dispersion is away from in the 20 -25cm region, nutlet number are most, after, reduces along with the area increase, the nutlet characteristic causes its float ability to be very strong. Conclusion: pollination biology and the reproduction biology preliminary study of ScuteUaria amoena, is all very im- portant to its generation extension and even the evolution, moving for this species protects provides the theory basis.
