摘　　要：介绍了鞍钢西区328 m2烧结机的工艺特点以及投产后出现的问题,通过对设备和工艺进行相应的技术改造,快速实现了达产和生产稳定运行,其经济技术指标达到国内先进水平。The process features and problems of 328 m^2 sintering machine after it is put into operation in western zone of Angang are introduced. The design capacity of the sintering machine is achieved quickly and production has been kept smoothly by corresponding technical reconstruction for the machines and process. Its technical and economical indexes have reached domestic advanced level.
