摘  要:为建立烟草样品中11种氨基甲酸酯农药残留的分析方法,采用液相色谱-质谱/质谱(LC-MS-MS)联用分析技术,使用丙酮/水溶液振荡提取烟草中的农药残留成分,萃取液经过二氯甲烷液液分配,然后采用固相萃取柱(NH2)净化。使用反相液相色谱对农残样品进行分离,以氘代甲萘威为内标,采用多反应监控模式(MRM)进行定量分析。结果表明,当加标质量浓度水平为0.05、0.2、0.4μg/g时,平均加标回收率为69.2%-121.0%,相对标准偏差为1.0%-12.0%。In order to develop a method for the determination of residues of 11 carbamate pesticides in tobacco, liquid chromatography-mass/mass spectrometry was applied. Pesticide residues were extracted with acetone/water, the extract was liquid-liquid distributed by dichloromethane and cleaned up by NH2 column. The samples were separated by reversed-phase liquid chromatography, and the eluent was determined by LC-MS-MS in the multiple reaction monitoring mode, and with D7-carbaryl as an internal standard. The results showed that : when the mass concentrations of added standards were 0.05, 0.2, 0.4μg/g, the average recovery was from 69. 2% to 121.0% and the relative standard deviation was from 1.0% to 12.0%. It satisfied the requirements of multi-pesticide residue analysis.
