摘  要:当矩形管的宽高比≥2时,焊接矩形管采用棱形成型方式虽有较大困难,但因在该成型方式下的轧辊具有可修复性而使其寿命延长,从而可节省工具费用降低生产成本。以生产90 mm×30 mm×2.2 mm焊接矩形管为例,探讨了矩形管宽高比≥2情况下棱形成型的基本设计方法。实践证明:采用棱形成型方式可以生产出高质量的焊接矩形管;对于线速度差值大的轧辊应该改变其结构,以适应不同的带钢。Although it is rather difficult to shape the strip steel with the prismatic formation process in case the width to height ratio of the rectangular pipe is ≥2, the roll can be re-used after repair, and thus prolong its service span to reduce tool consumption, i.e. enhancement of the operation cast-effectiveness owing to this very formation process. Based on the 90 mm × 30 mm × 2.2 mm rectangular welded pipe, the basic design method for prismatic formation is discussed in case the width to height ratio of the rectangular pipe is ≥2. Relevant operation practice shows that employment of the said prismatic formation process is capable of producing high quality rect- angular welded pipes, and that for roll with rather big linear velocity difference, its structure should be improved to suit different strip steel sizes.
