摘　　要：分析了5种TFT-LCD液晶的组成,通过对这5种液晶所制成的TFT-LCD产品的"面残像"和"线残像"水平测定,分析了液晶的组成与"线残像"水平的关系。液晶的极性越大,其稳定性越差,"线残像"水平越差;含有丁烯基苯类的液晶材料,稳定性较差,"线残像"水平较差。The composition of liquid crystal mixture in 5 kinds of TFT-LCD was analyzed. Through evaluating the area image sticking and line image sticking level of TFT-LCD prepared by the 5 kinds of LC mixture, the relationship between LC mixture composition and line image sticking was analyzed. If the polarity of LG mixture is larger, the stability and the line image sticking will be worse,as well as the stability and line image sticking level of the LC mixture containing butanylbenzene series singles is worse.
