摘 要:[目的]探明低温胁迫对油麦菜抗寒性相关生理生化指标的变化规律。[方法]分别在4、8℃低温条件下对油麦菜幼苗叶片内过氧化物酶活性、电解质外渗率和丙二醛含量的变化进行了研究。[结果]低温胁迫初期油麦菜幼苗叶片内电解质外渗率和丙二醛含量均呈上升趋势,胁迫后期呈下降趋势,抗低温能力增强。与对照组相比,4、8℃低温胁迫时油麦菜幼苗叶片内过氧化物酶活性均升高。[结论]低温胁迫时油麦菜幼苗叶片内过氧化物酶活性的升高,有助于提高它的抗寒性。[Objective] The research probe into the influence of low temperature stress on physiological biochemical indices related to resistance to coldness in Cichaorium endivia seedling leaves.[Method] The activity of POD,the content of MDA and the electric conductivity in the leaves of Cichaorium endivia were investigated under 4 ℃ and 8 ℃low temperature compared with the normal temperature 25 ℃.[Result] The electric conductivity and the content of MDA in Cichaorium endivia seedling leaves were increased in the early low temperature stress and then decreased.It showed that the chill-resistance was higher.At 4 ℃ and 8 ℃ low temperature stress,the activity of POD in Cichaorium endivia seedling leaves were increased too.[Conclusion] Under low temperature stress,the activity of POD in Cichaorium endivia seedling leaves was increased.The chill-resistance of Cichaorium endivia seedling could be enhanced.
