摘  要:[目的]为解除色木槭种子休眠和促进发芽提供理论依据。[方法]对完整种子和刺破种皮种子用蒸馏水浸泡,定时测重,计算吸水量,分析种皮透水性;层积过程中定期取种样,研碎用醇提取,获得的浸提液稀释至不同倍数用于浸泡滤纸,将白菜种子置于浸泡过滤纸上进行发芽试验,分析浸提液生物效应。[结果]色木槭的种皮透性随着浸泡时间的延长逐渐增加,12 h内刺破种皮种子和完整种子都达吸水饱和状态。色木槭种子浸提液对白菜种子发芽有强烈的抑制作用,这种作用随浸提液稀释程度的加大和层积时间的延长逐渐减弱;但层积时间少于60 d时,这种减弱程度较小;层积80 d时,10%和20%浸提液的白菜种子发芽率与对照无显著差异,但100%浸提液发芽率仍为对照的35%。[结论]种皮透水性构不成色木槭种子休眠的原因;种子内含有发芽抑制物质且抑制物质在层积催芽过程中转化速度慢是导致色木槭种子休眠的主要原因。[Objective] The research aimed to provide biological support for dormancy releasing and germination promotion of seeds of Acer mono Maxim.[Method] Intact seeds and coat-pricked seeds were soaked by distilled water and weighed for water absorbing content for analyzing water permeability of seed coat.Seeds in low-temperature stratification were sampled periodically and grinded for solution extracting by methanol.The inhibition effect of seed extracting solution to seed germination of Chinese cabbage was tested by germination experiment.[Result] Water permeability of A.mono seed coat was increased along with soaking time and both intact and coat-pricked seeds were saturated within 12 h.Seed extracting solution of A.mono inhibited seed germination of Chinese cabbage severely.The inhibition intensity decreased with concentration diminish of seed extracting solution and time prolong of low-temperature stratification,but the extent of the decrease was slow within 60 days of stratification.At 80 days of stratifica tion,there was no significant difference for germination rate of Chinese cabbage between 10% and 20% seed extracting solution and control,but the germination rate for 100% solution was only 35% for that of control.[Conclusion] Water permeability of seed coat was not the cause of seed dormancy of A.mono.Inhibition substances in seed and the degradation of the substances during stratification were the main causes of seed dormancy of A.mono.
