摘 要:[目的]为皖麦48的推广和规范化栽培提供理论依据。[方法]采用多元二次正交旋转回归设计研究不同施氮量、施钾量、施磷量、密度和播期对弱筋小麦皖麦48产量性状的影响。[结果]各试验因子对产量的影响表现为施氮量〉施钾量〉播期〉密度〉施磷量。建立了各试验因子与产量性状之间的数学模型并分析了它们的互作效应及其优化组合。以产量7796.0kg/hm^2为目标,共模拟提出了1490套组合方案,95%置信区间分布对应的密度、施氮量、施钾量、施磷量和播期分别为294.60~305.40万基本苗/hm^2、157.08~164.64、85.62~89.55、198.08~207.90kg/hm^2和11月1日~3日。[结论]找出了影响皖麦48产量的最佳栽培组合,可用于指导生产。[Objective] The study was to provide a theoretical base for the generalization and normalizing cultivation of Wanmai 48. [Method] The influence of different application rates of N,K,P,density and sowing date on the yield characters of weak gluten wheat Wanmai 48 were investigated with multi-quadratic orthogonal rotational regressive design.[Result] The influence of testing factors on yield in order was N application rate 〉 K application rate 〉sowing date 〉 density 〉 P application rate.The mathematical model between testing factors and yield characters was set up,and the interaction of testing factors and its optimum combinations were analyzed.With the yield target of 7 796 kg/hm^2,the sum of 1 490 combining programs were simulated and established.The corresponding density,application rate of N,K,P and sowing date for 95%confidence interval distribution were 2.946×10^6~3.054×10^6 basic seedling/hm^2,157.08~164.64,85.62~89.55,198.08~207.90 kg/hm^2 and 1st to 3rd in November resp.[Conclusion] The optimum cultivation combinations influencing the yield of Wanmai 48 were put forth,which could be used to guide production.
