摘　　要：主要介绍了蛋白质组学研究技术的主要途径及不同途径存在的问题、研究意义和利用该技术的研究成果,以及采用蛋白质组学技术研究杀虫剂作用下昆虫体内差异表达蛋白质的情况及意义,最后对该项技术的应用前景作了展望。The prevalent technique route of the proteome research and drawback of different route,as well as its significance and main achievements were introduced.This technique was used to explore protein differential expression in response to pesticide,and its significance and research status were referred.Finally,we made a prospective of the application of this technique.
