废胶粉改性沥青热储存稳定性的研究

摘　　要：对胶粉改性沥青热储存稳定性进行了一些探索试验,得出废胶粉经过表面处理、挤出等方法进行预处理后用于沥青改性,能够制备出热储存稳定、性能优良的胶粉改性沥青,着重对热储存后的试样进行了常规测试及显微镜观察,结果表明,胶粉经过处理后制备的改性沥青热储存稳定,添加少量SBS后,各项性能完全能达到JTJ 036—2000中SBS改性沥青C级技术指标,此外还提出了一些胶粉改性沥青在热储存过程中可能出现的特殊现象。Some exploration experiments indicated that the crumb rubber pretreated by surface treatment and extrusion can improve the hot storage stability of crumb rubber modified （CRM）, has carried on test of the hot storage specimen by method of the conventional test and the microscope. Results indicated that performance of SBS and crumb rubber composite modified asphalt could achieve JTJ 036--2000 I -- C grade index and hot storage stability is good. In addition, proposed some the special performances of CRM which appeared possibly in the hot storage process.
