摘  要:采用溶液接枝法制备了具有不同接枝率的甲基丙烯酸甲酯接枝SBS(MMA-g- SBS)、丙烯酸接枝SBS(AA-g-SBS)和马来酸酐接枝SBS(MAH-g-SBS),通过傅立叶红外光谱对接枝SBS结构进行了表征,研究了不同接枝SBS作为改性剂对沥青物理性能的影响。结果表明:MAH-g-SBS改性沥青的针入度、延度、软化点和粘度都随着接枝率的增大而增加,MMA-g-SBS、AA-g-SBS提高了改性沥青的延度;三种接枝SBS改性沥青的储存稳定性均得到显著改善。Methyl methacrylate grafted SBS (MMA-g-SBS), acrylic acid grafted SBS (AA-g-SBS) and maleic anhydride grafted SBS (MAH-g-SBS) was prepared by solution graft polymerization respectively. The structure of differentgrafted SBS was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Effect of different grafted SBS on properties of modified bitumen was investigated. The result showed that penetration, softening point, ductility and viscosity of MAH-g-SBS modified bitumen obviously increased with the increase of grafting degree, and the ductility and penetration of MMA-g-SBS and AA-g-SBS modified bitumens increased. The storage stability of all grafted SBS modified bitumen was remarkably improved.
