中国电子商务及其网上支付主要瓶颈初析

摘　　要：本文阐明了电子商务在全世界正得到快速发展,但还存在许多阻碍电子商务健康发展的不容忽视的瓶颈问题,诸如:网络安全性还不能完全消除人们疑惑;信誉问题严重影响电子商务的发展;支付手段、网上购物既不方便又不便宜;配送系统和售后服务不完善;电子商务观念滞后和人才不足,相关法规制度不健全等。因此,我们必须正视并逐步解决这些瓶颈问题。E-business （include：e-commerce） is devdoping fast all over the world, but there are many problems as the bottlenecks which hinders the healthy development of e-business and cannot be ignored are clarified, such as： the network security is inadequate to completely eliminate the people＇s doubts; the credibility problem affects seriously the development of e-business; means of payment and online shopping are neither convenient nor cheap; both match and sent system and sold service are imperfect; the e-business senses are delayed and the e-business talents are not enough; the relevant laws,rules and regulations are amplified. Therefore, we must face squarely and solve these bottleneck problems.
