摘　　要：目的探讨艾滋病病人的护理需求,为护理人员有针对性地开展卫生服务工作提供理论依据。方法以河南省开封市艾滋病重点村的艾滋病病人为抽样目标,采用目的抽样的方法抽取研究对象。以"多轴系健康型态框架"为评估模式,对所抽取的研究对象进行深入访谈。结果艾滋病病人在"多轴系健康型态框架"内的10个范畴都有很强的护理需求。结论在艾滋病防治工作中,护理人员应与社会共同承担责任,采取相应措施,满足艾滋病患者的护理需求。Objective To study the needs for nursing care among AIDS patients and to provide scientific evidence for relevant care offered to them by nursing staff. Methods AIDS patients in high risk villages in Kaifeng city were recruited by purposive sampling and in-depth interviews were conducted among them to assess their needs for nursing care by using mult-iaxial health patterns framework Results The subjects under study had strong needs for nursing care in respect with 10 functions within multi-axial health patterns framework. Conclusion Nursing staff should share with the society the responsibility for taking appropriate actions to meet the needs for nursing care among AIDS patients.
