醇盐──氢氧化物水解法制备BaTiO_3超细粉的研究

摘  要:本文以钛酸丁酯,氢氧化钡为原料,采用醇盐─氢氧化物水解法合成了BaTiO3超细粉体,合成温度小于130℃,远低于传统的合成温度。用X射线衍射法对粉体进行结构分析,并研究了粉体粒度与热处理温度的关系。同时用透射电镜考察粉体的粒度与形貌。用比色法和重量法测定BaTiO3粉体的成分比。结果表明此法合成的BaTiO3粉体,合成温度低、粒度小,能保持Ba与Ti摩尔配比不发生变化,在常温下属于立方钙钛矿型。Uitrafine BaTiO3 powders were synthesized by Alkoxide- Hydroxide method, using tetrabutyl titanate and barium hydroxide as raw material.The synthesis temperature was less than 130℃ and the formation temperature of perovskites oxide was 950℃ by convertion solid phase reaction method.By tranission electron microscope(TEM) and X—Ray diffraction (XRD),the structure of uitrafine BaTiO3 powder was characterized and the influences of particle size with themal trade temperature were studied.Powders were furler analyzed by colourimetry and grarimetry to determine Ba:TI reatios. Using this syntnesis metnods,small size low formation temperature untrafine BaTiO3Powder could be obtained.
