摘 要:利用PCR-SSCP技术检测乌珠穆沁羊123个样本的FSHR基因第10外显子的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)。结果未发现多态。测序后获得该羊FSHR基因第10外显子的核苷酸序列,通过DNA序列分析结果表明:绵羊FSHR基因第10外显子序列与小尾寒羊、牦牛、水牛和小鼠的同源性分别为100%、98%、98%和86%。提示:为FSHR基因第10外显子能否作为绵羊高繁殖力相关的侯选基因提供依据。PCR-SSCP was applied to detect single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of exon 10 of the follicle-stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR) gene for 254 sheep, including Hu sheep, Ujumqin sheep and Tan sheep. The results demonstrated monopolymorphism. After sequenced, sheep FSHR gene exon10 DNA sequence was acquired. DNA sequence analysis showed that the homology of nucleotide sequence of exon 10 of FSHR gene among sheep, small-tailed Han sheep, yak, water buffalo and mouse were 100%. 98%,98% and 86%. The results implied that whether it provides evidence for the fact that the exon 10 of FSHR gene could be the candidate gene for high fecundity in sheep.
