摘 要:考察了HZSM-5型,Y型沸石,超稳Y(USY)沸石及β沸石4种催化剂对丙烯水合直接制备二异丙基醚的催化性能,确定了β沸石是丙烯水合直接制备二异丙基醚的最优良的催化剂。选用β沸石作催化剂,在适宜的条件下,丙烯的转化率可达59.95%,二异丙基醚的选择性为53.06%,异丙醇的选择性为44.26%;确定的最佳反应条件为反应温度162℃,压力7.5MPa,丙烯与水物质的量比1.8,重时空速0.19h-1。Diisopropylether is a good oxygenante and octane improver for gasoline. Activities and selectivities of zeolites of HZSM 5, HY, HUSY and Hβ were investigated for hydration of propylene to prepare diisopropylether with a laboratory scale fixed reactor. Among the sezeolites, Hβ zeolites was proven to be the best for conversion of propylene to diisopropylether. At a proper reaction condition, the conversion of propylene is 59.95% with selectivities to DIPE of 53.06% and IPA of 44.26% over H β catalyst. Effects of reaction conditions such as temprature, pressure, propylene / water ratio of amount of substance and space velocity on activity and selectivity were studied over H β catalyst. The optimum reaction has been found out, which is 162 ℃, pressure 7.5 MPa, propylene / water ratio of amount of substance 1.8 and WHSV 0.19 h -1 for the H β catalyst.
