摘　　要：简述了贵阳院近年来实施工程总承包的过程,并围绕院工程总承包项目公司管理的机构组织、管理程序和科技进步等方面一系列问题进行了探讨。提出了进行总承包项目管理是勘测设计企业业务拓展的重点方向;着重分析了总承包项目管理必须抓好制度制订、订立合同、实行项目经理负责制、突出设计中心地位、重视项目初始阶段等几个重要环节,并用贵阳院工程事例作了论述。介绍了贵阳院水电工程总承包取得的一些成绩和通常采用的管理方法,指出了贵阳院工程总承包应加强的环节。This article briefly discusses the implementation course of general contract projects, brings forward the opinion that management of general contract projects is an advantage for design enterprise＇s development from series of systematical reformation on organization, procedffre, management and scientific and technical progress and so on, it is necessary to carried out following aspects of system setting, contract signing, system implementation of which manager is responsible for project, outstanding center position of design, attaching importance to design in preliminary phase to achieve good management of general contract project, also expatiates the opinion with projects examples of GHIDRI. This article introduces some achievements and normal management methods, points out the aspects（taches） to be enhanced of general contract projects taken by GHIDRI.
