摘　　要：用大庆原油馏分油制备驱油剂石油羧酸盐时，反应器易结焦；采用１５＃白油为原料制备驱油剂，在氧化反应时不结焦，经汽相氧化、皂化和盐度调解，可制备出与大庆原油产生超低界面张力的表面活性剂，其最佳值可达１０－４数量级。To solve the problem of coke deposit inside the reactor during the preparation of petroleum carboxylate for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) by oxidation of fractions of Daqing crude oil, 15# white oil is used as the feed for the oxidation, and no coke deposits were found inside the reactor with the feed. A surfactant of petroleum carboxylate can be made from the feed by gaseous phase oxidation, saponification, and adjustment of salinity. With Daqing crude oil, the surfactant shows super low interfacical tension,which is as low as the scale of 10 -4 .
