D-33单体的常压合成方法

摘　　要：Ｄ３３单体是双酚Ａ型不饱和聚脂的主要原料。国内主要采用高压合成法生产，反应压力高，设备费用高。文中介绍了Ｄ３３的常压合成法生产技术，该技术反应条件温和，在常压、反应温度为８５℃条件下，即可生产出粉末状的Ｄ３３单体产品。经测试，分别由常压法和高压法生产的Ｄ３３制成的两种产品在物理机械性能和耐腐蚀性能上没有明显差别，但常压合成法所需设备费用低，在工艺及操作控制等方面均具有优越性。D 33 is the main material of unsaturated polyester resins of bisphenol A type.An atomspheric synthesis technique is introduced here. The process has some distinctive features, such as atmospheris, react temperture is 85 ℃, and its products is solid. Test shows that the products of the atmospheris and high pressure synthesised have no apparent difference in using properties and chemical resistant. But in view of the service costs and operation control of the process, it is better to use atmospheris.
