摘  要:目的:比较竹节参地上部分和根茎部分中总皂苷成分的抗疲劳活性,开发竹节参药材新的药用部位。方法:将昆明种小鼠按体质量随机分组,分别给予注射用水、香菇菌多糖片阳性对照药、竹节参地上部分总皂苷提取物、根茎部分总皂苷提取物,观察小鼠的体质量变化情况、负重游泳时间、血乳酸、血清尿素氮和肝糖元含量等指标。结果:竹节参地上部分总皂苷提取物中、高剂量组及根茎部分总皂苷提取物低、中剂量组均可不同程度地延长小鼠负重游泳时间,降低运动后小鼠血乳酸和血清尿素氮的含量,提高小鼠肝糖元值。结论:竹节参地上部分总皂苷提取物具有与根茎部分总皂苷提取物相似的抗疲劳活性。OBJECTIVE To study the antifatigue function of total saponins in ground parts and roots of Panax japonicus, to develop its new botanical parts for medical use. METHODS Random groups were prepared by weight and were gavaged ultrapure water, letinan and total saponins in ground parts and roots of Panaxjaponicus. The weight, loading swimming time, the content of blood lactic acid, blood urea nitrogen and liver glycogen in mice were determined. RESULTS The middle and high dosage of total saponins in ground parts and the low and middle dosage of total saponins in roots of Panaxjaponicus could significantly prolong swimming time for mice, decrease the content of blood lactic acid and blood urea nitrogen after strenuous exercise, and increase the reserves of liver glycogen. CONCLUSION Total saponins in ground parts of Panax japonicus has similar antifatigue function as the roots.
