摘　　要：本文通过挖掘中国5个行业541家上市公司2000～2005年的数据,探讨了在转型经济背景下我国企业国有股权的制度特点;分析了国有股权对企业创新方式的影响,得出了国有股权主导的企业倾向于内部创新的结论。This paper investigates a sample of 541 surviving listed firms in 5 industries during the period 2000-2005, explores the characters of Chinese state-ownership, and examines the impact of Chinese state-ownership on the technological innovations of the listed firms in transition economy. Our study contributes to the literature on innovation strategy in transition economies by the conclusion-the company with large state-ownership trends to internal innovation.
