摘 要:采用双因素交叉式遗传交配设计,研究了棉花海陆杂交F1代主要纤维品质和产量性状的杂种优势。结果表明:海陆杂交F1代纤维长度、比强度有极强的中亲优势、超亲优势和竞争优势;麦克隆值总体稍细;皮棉产量位于两亲之间、倾向陆地棉亲本,部分组合超过陆地棉亲本,个别组合的产量可达到或超过对照杂交种。Adopting cross type heredity mating design of double factors, the advantages of fiber quality and yield characters of F, between G.barbadense × Gossypium birsutum were researched. Compared with the check, fiber quality characters of F, as fiber length and compare strength had higher mid-parent advantage, super-parent advantage and competitive advantage. Micronaire was thinner, and fiber yield was between G.barbadense and Gossypium hirsutum, reached or exceeded Gossypium hirsutum, individual combination reached or exceeded the check hybrid strain.
