关于石油企业实行资产经营责任制的几点思考

摘　　要：通过资产经营责任制与传统经营管理方式、承包经营责任制的对比分析，说明资产经营是经营管理方式上质的飞跃，是与内涵扩大再生产、集约经营相适应的一种经营方式，实行资产经营能有效地克服承包经营责任制的弊端，为企业的发展和创新提供更大的空间。并对石油企业实行资产经营责任制存在的有关问题提出了一些建设。According to comparision and analysis between the assets operation responsibility system and the contracting operation responsibility system, the paper expounds that the former rneets the requirements of connotation expanded reproduction and intensive farming, and is a qualitative leap in management. It can effectively overcome the shortcomings in thelatter and provide more developing and innovating room for enterprise. Some suggcstions for solving the problems in the former is also given in the paper.
