摘  要:基于马尔可夫状态空间法给出了保护可靠性的简化通用分析模型,结合目前超高压电网继电保护系统实际配置情况,建立了详细的状态空间模型,该模型考虑了继电保护装置的自检、在线监视功能及冗余配置等因素,还计入保护误动的影响,具有很好的通用性。根据提出的主保护动作可靠性及继电保护系统可用性的相关评价指标,结合具体算例详细分析了装置自检及检修周期等因素对保护系统可靠性的影响,验证了该分析模型的正确性。文章最后探讨了继电保护最佳检修周期的确定原则。Based on Markov state-space method a simplified versatile analysis model for protection reliability is given; then combining with actual configuration of protective relaying system in UHV power network, a detailed state-space model is established. In this model the factors of protective relayings, such as self-checking, online monitoring and redundant configuration, are considered as well as the impact of protection maloperation is taken into account, so the proposed state-space model possesses good versatility. According to the proposed relevant evaluation indices for reliability of main protection and adaptability of protective relaying system and by means of concrete calculation example, the impacts of the factors such as self-checking of protective devices and maintenance period on reliability of protective relaying system are analyzed in detail to validate the correctness of the proposed state-space model. Finally, the principle to decide the optimal routine test interval for protective relayings is researched.
