摘 要:通过对电压型谐波源补偿特性的分析,说明了传统并联型有源电力滤波器(active power filter,APF)补偿该类谐波源的不足,设计了一种新型的直流侧串联型APF。与传统的交流侧串联型APF相比,该APF串联在整流桥的直流侧,简化了电路结构,减少了有源开关的数量,用于对电压型谐波源的谐波治理有很大的技术优势。文中对直流侧串联型APF的电路拓扑和基本原理进行了分析,推导了相应的控制实现方程,给出了主电路主要参数(滤波电感和储能电容)的设计和选取标准,为系统的合理设计提供了理论依据。仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性与可靠性。Results of the analysis on compensation characteristics of voltage type harmonic sources show that traditional shunt active power filter (APF) is deficient for the compensation of voltage type harmonic sources and a novel DC side series APF is proposed. Comparing with traditional AC side series APF, the proposed DC side series APF is in series with the DC side of rectifier bridge, it makes the circuit structure simplified and the number of active switches reduced, thus the proposed scheme possesses evident technical superiority in the elimination of voltage type harmonic sources. The basic principle and circuit topology of DC side series APF are analyzed; the corresponding control equations are derived; the criteria for the design and selection of principal parameters for main circuit, i.e., the filter inductor and energy storage capacitor, are given to provide theoretical basis for rational design of DC side series APF. Simulation results validate the correctness and reliability of the theoretical analysis.
