土霉素在猪组织和血浆中残留分布规律的不同数学模型比较

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法检测猪组织(肌肉、肝脏、肾脏)和血浆中的土霉素(OTC)残留量,通过对饲料中土霉素添加量和组织、血浆中土霉素残留量回归关系不同数学模型的分析,确立残留分布规律的最佳数学模型。饲料中土霉素的添加量在30～70μg/g范围内,饲料添加量与猪组织(肌肉、肾脏、肝脏)、血浆的残留数学模型分别为:y=0.0096x-0.1727;y=0.165e0.0235x;y=0.4062e0.0115x;y=0.2428lnx-0.7284。通过对猪活体血浆样品的检测,根据建立的最佳残留数学模型,可算出饲料中土霉素的添加量和肌肉、肾脏、肝脏中土霉素的残留量,从而提供实现间接活体残留监测数学分析模型。The high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was used to determinate oxytetracyline （OTC） residues amount in tissues and plasma of pig. By analysis different mathematical model between different added level in feed and residues in tissues and plasma to chose the best mathematical model of distribution regularity of OTC in tissues and plasma.30 - 70 μg/g OTC added in feed,linear regression between OTC supplement levels in feed and residues of OTC in muscle,kidney,liver,plasma Were y = 0.0096x - 0.1727,y = 0.165e^0.0235x,y = 0.4062e^0.0115x,y=0.2428Inx-0.7284 respectively. By analysis residues amount in plasma and mathematical model,the level of OTC added in feed and its residues amount in the muscle ,the kidney and the liver may figure out.
