摘 要:抽油杆柱在工作过程中变形状态的准确描述是解决杆管偏磨的关键,根据抽油杆柱动力失稳的力学理论,结合接触非线性理论和有限元理论,建立了往复抽油杆柱的动力学模型,采用空间梁单元和接触单元建立抽油杆柱的有限元格式,将Newton-Raphson法和Newmark法相结合进行求解。通过仿真计算,再现了抽油杆柱在工作过程中的变形状态以及与油管的接触状态,据此优化抽汲参数以及安装扶正器,保证抽油杆柱的正常工作,延长检泵周期。Accurately description deformation state of the rod string is crucial to solve the side-wear between the rod string and tube in the process of working. Based on mechanics theory of dynamics bending, and combination of the nonlinear theory of contact and dynamics mod finite element theory, the model of the rod string was built, and the space beam element and contact element were used to build the finite element format of the rod string. The Newton-Raphson method and Newmark method was combined to solve. The working state of rod string and the contact state can be acquired by simulation calculation. According to the results, the optimal design of swabbing parameter and reasonable installing roller centralizer can ensure the working of the rod string and delay the check out pump cycle.
