摘 要:供应链是一类复杂适应系统,目前基于多主体的供应链仿真研究仅局限于局部问题,缺乏对供应链运作流程全方位的描述和仿真实现。以供应链运作参考模型为蓝本,采用前期研究成果所提出的一种基于高级Petri网的多主体建模方法,建立基于Swarm的供应链运作模型,能够有效地描述供应链主体结构、主体间的各种业务处理活动,涵盖采购、生产、配送和计划四个流程,以及资源分配、市场竞争等行为。并且提供了与主体类图之间映射的有效途径,为基于Swarm的仿真系统程序的设计奠定了良好基础,为研究供应链结构演化规律提供支持。Supply chain can be considered as a complex adaptive system. Currently the supply chain simulation based on multi-agent is confined to the local problem, lacking comprehensive process descriptions and simulation for supply chain. Using SCOR as a blueprint, the Swarm-based supply" chain operation model was built with a multi-agent modeling method based on High-Level Petri Nets. This model provides an effective description of the agent structure and the business activities in supply chain, which includes the four basic management processes (Plan, Source, Make & Deliver), and also describes the resource allocation and market competitive activities. While it also provides an effective means of a class diagram mapping, and lays a good foundation for the simulation system programming and for discovering the supply chain evolution.
