新型油溶性缓蚀剂GAC-968在常压蒸馏塔上的工业应用试验

摘　　要：介绍了广州石油化工总厂研制开发的油溶性咪唑啉型缓蚀剂GAC-968在常压蒸馏塔中的应用试验情况.试验结果表明,GAC-968剂的缓蚀效果明显优于水溶性剂 7019.在塔顶投加3～10ppm GAC-968剂对石油产品相关质量无不良影响.The oil-soluble imidazoline type corrosion inhibitor GAC-968 developed and manufactured by Guangzhou Petrochemical Complex was commercially experimented in crude oil atmospheric distillation tower. The result indicated that its inhibition effect was better than that of water-soluble corrosion inhibitor 7019. When 3～10 ppm GAC-968 was injected to the overhead of the tower, little adverse effect was observed on the quality of petroleum product.
