摘　　要：CMMI模型提供了产品开发过程的最佳实践,如何有效地建立基于CMMI的组织过程资产库是企业实施CMMI中最佳实践的基础,充分地利用组织过程资产库是有效地实施这些最佳实践的保障。从资产库的开发到资产库的应用的角度,阐述了资产库的重要意义和作用,提出并研制了支持组织过程资产库建立的工具,并总结了实施CMMI过程的经验和方法。The CMMI model provides the best practices for the development of products. Establish a practical and effective organizational process asset library is the basis for the enterprises to implement the best practices of CMMI. Full utilization of the assets is the guarantee of implementing the best practices efficiently. The signification and function of an organizational process asset library are expounded from the point of view on development of the asset library to the application of the asset library. The architecture of organizational process assert library is provided and the experience and approaches on implementing the practices of CMMI are summarized too.
