摘　　要：叙述了用新型高钼超低碳奥氏体不锈钢制造维纶醛化波加热器的研制过程.新型加热器具有重量轻、寿命长等特点,它的研制成功标志着长期困扰人们的醛化液腐蚀问题得到了解决.The development of the heater for aldehyde condensation solution for polyvinyl alcohol fibber which was fabricated from new type high-molybdenum super low carbon austenitic stainless steel was described, the new type heater,low in weight and long in life etc. has solved the difficult problem of corrosion of aldehyde condensation solution which has long been perplexing operators.
