摘　　要：随钻仪是一种对井底钻具的工作状态进行实时监测的测量系统 ,在其工作过程中 ,会出现多种故障现象 ,其中磁通门信号造成的故障是较常见的。由于随钻仪直径小 ,内部元件结构紧密 ,整体线路又比较复杂。文章以DDS随钻仪为例 ,对磁通门信号造成的故障原因进行了分析 ,并形成了故障检测框图 ,编制了磁通门信号故障检测程序 ,使复杂的故障检测程序化 ,降低了故障检测的盲目性 。Logging tool while drilling is a measuring system used to monitor the working state of bottom hole drilling assembly.In the course of working,fluxgate signal fault is relatively common.Due to the small diameter of downhole tool,compact structures of inside components and complex whole circuit,difficulties are exerted on fault detection.The fault reasons are analysed and the fault detection diagram is formed.All these make the complex failure check systematically,curb blindness in action and reduce practice amount of work.
