摘  要:采用高效毛细管电泳建立3种氟喹诺酮类与5种磺胺类药物同时分离的方法,研究了缓冲液离子浓度、pH、有机添加剂以及分离电压、温度等电泳参数,最终通过正交实验得到了最佳分离条件:紫外检测波长262nm,缓冲液为40mmol/L磷酸氢二钠-20mmol/L柠檬酸,pH8.47,电压为22kV。结果表明,8种药物在9min内完全分离,且各组分浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r为0.999~0.9995。RSD为0.44%~1.15%(迁移时间)和1.12%~2.32%(峰面积)。该法快速、简便、准确。A method for the simultaneou separation of fluoroquinolones (FQs)and sulfonamides(SAs)by high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE)was developed,The effects of several factors such as the concentration and pH of trunning buffer, the organic added to the electrolyte, the voltage and the temperature were investigated,The optimal condition was found by orthogonal experiment at last.The optimal conditions were:the UV detection wavelength was 262 nm, the running buffer consisted of 40 mmol/L Na2HPO4-20 mmol/L citric acid,pH 8,47, separation voltageat 22 kV.The results showed that the eight remedies can be well separated within 9,0 rain.Each had a good linear relationship (r=0.999 ~ 0.9995).The RSD was 0.44% - 1.15 % and 1.12 % - 2.32 %.The method is rapid,simple and accurate.
