摘　　要：本文研究了在非离子表面活性剂存在下,5-Br-PADN与Mn(Ⅱ)的显色反应及其应用.所拟方法能满意地用分光光度法测定钢样中的微量锰.In this paper, the color reaction of manganese (Ⅱ) with 1-[(5-bromo-2-pyridyl)-azo] - 2.7-dihyrdroxynaphthalene (5-Br-PADN) in the presence of nonionic surfactant (Tritonx-100) has been investigated. The method can be applied to the spectrophotometric determination of manganese in sample steels with satisfactory resuts.
