摘 要:针对牛74块油井偏磨、泵效低和耗能大的问题,应用了数控往复式潜油电泵采油技术加以解决。介绍了数控往复式潜油电泵的工作原理、结构及技术特点。现场应用结果表明,与普通抽油机相比,应用了数控往复式潜油电泵采油技术后,系统效率由9.2%提高到了37%,日节电332kW·h;当泵挂深度在2500m以上时,井内的高温、高压和高矿化度的液体对动子腐蚀非常严重,采取了钢片整体包裹和更换耐高温的三钴磁性材料等措施进行解决。Aimed at the problems of oil well eccentrically wearing ,low pump efficiency and high energy consumption ,this paper uses the oil recovery technology of numerical control reciprocating electrical submersible pump to solve them.The operation principal,structure and technical characteristics of this technology are introduced in this paper.Field application shows that the system efficiency increases from 9.2% to 37% and the electricity is saved 332kW·h per day compared with the ordinary pumping unit after using this technology. When the pump setting depth is above 2500m,the liquid with high temperature ,high pressure and high salinity seriously erodes on the active cell,which can be resolved by packaging with steel disc and displacing magnetic material with stand fire.
