摘 要:针对江苏油田现有功图液面测试技术存在工作量大、手段复杂、资料滞后、偏远井示功图获取困难等问题,在江苏油田Z11平1、Y7平1、Z179、C2-24井现场应用了机采井功图液面自动监测技术。介绍了液面自动监测系统结构、原理、参数及技术特点。通过与常规综合测井仪测试数据和井下压力计监测资料的对比分析,验证了该技术所测资料的准确性。同时利用该技术对供液不足的油井进行间抽时间和间抽规律的摸索。There are many problems in traditional testing method of indicator diagram and well liquid level, such as heavy workload ,complexity of method ,delay of data and difficulty of acquiring the indicator diagram in remote well.Therefore,the automatic wireless testing technique of indicator diagram and well liquid level is applied in pump production wells Zll P1 ,Y7 P1 ,Z175 and C2-24 of Jiangsu oilfield.This paper introduces the structure,principal,parameter and technical characteristics of the automatic testing system.Through the comparative analysis of the data from downhole gauge and traditional testing method,the data precision by this technique is demonstrated.The time and law of interval pumping for the oil wells having no enough liquid supplying are studied.
