丹参注射液与黄芪注射液联合应用治疗冠心病心绞痛40例临床护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹参注射液与黄芪注射液联合应用治疗冠心病心绞痛的护理方法。方法:将80例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组静脉滴注丹参注射液与黄芪注射液,对照组仅静脉滴注丹参注射液,均连续应用两个疗程,每个疗程14d,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组心绞痛改善情况、中医证候有效率、心电图改善情况、血液流变学改变情况优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:丹参注射液与黄芪注射液联合应用能减轻冠心病患者心绞痛症状,改善心电图及血液流变学指标,有效缓解中医证侯,配合精心的护理,疗效优于单用丹参注射液。Objective： To study the methods of nursing care in the treatment of angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease by application of Salvia and Astragalus injection. Methods： Eighty patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group （ n --40） and control group （ n =40）. Salvia and Astragalus injection was intravenously given to the patients in treatment group, and Salvia injection was only given in control group. 14 days was taken as a course of treatment and 2 courses were given in both groups, and then the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results： The improvement of angina pectoris, change of ECG and hemorheology were better and more significant in treatment group than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The application of Salvia and Astragalus injection can relieve symptoms of angina pectofis and effectively improve syndromes by TCM diagnosis. The curative effect is much better by using Salvia and Astragalus injection than using single Salvia injection, combining with care nursing care in the treatment of angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease.
