摘　　要：目的:探讨保健门诊中老年患者护理需求及满意度的影响因素。方法:选取我院保健门诊就诊的中老年患者400例,发放调查问卷,回收有效问卷382份,对相关的数据进行分析。结果:中老年就诊患者需求范围广泛;年龄及就诊科室对就诊患者生理舒适方面的需求有影响;中老年患者对护理工作的总体满意度较高,不同科室的就诊患者对护理辅助工陪伴需求方面的满意度不同,自立程度与就诊患者多方面的满意度有关;住院患者的满意度与护理需求的排序基本一致。结论:护理工作需要满足中老年患者多方面的需求,以促进其全面康复。Objective ： To discuss the factors to affect the demand of patients in middle and old age for nursing service in health care department and degree of satisfaction. Methods ： The survey was made on 400 patients in middle and old age for medical and nursing service in health care department by questionnaire and 382 of the total questionnaire were analyzed. Results ： The patients had much and kinds of demand for service in health care department, such as conditions and comfort of the service room, but different patients in different ages had quite different demand. Conclusion ： In terms of nursing service, a lot of work should be done to meet patient＇ s demand in many ways as possible as we can.
