摘  要:目的:制备雷公藤多苷纳米乳,并考察其抗炎镇痛效果。方法:制备雷公藤多苷纳米乳,通过二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀试验、毛细血管通透性试验、醋酸致扭体试验和热板致痛试验比较雷公藤多苷纳米乳与雷公藤多苷片的抗炎镇痛效果。结果:雷公藤多苷纳米乳外观透明、澄清,平均粒径为71.1±2.9 nm,稳定性良好。与片剂相比,纳米乳对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀和毛细血管通透性有较好的抑制作用;对化学物质和温度引起的疼痛有较好的镇痛效果。结论:雷公藤多苷纳米乳具有显著的抗炎镇痛作用。Objective. Preparation of Tripterygium polyglycosides nanoemulsion and research on its anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Method. Prepare the nanoemulsion. Animal models of acute inflammation were induced by applying dimethyl benzene and testing capillary permeability in mice to observe the anti-inflammation effect of Tripterygium polyglycosides nanoemulsion, while writhing test and hot-plate test were adopted to study the analgesic effect of Tripterygium polyglycosides nanoemulsion. Results. The nanoemulsified of Tripterygium polyglycosides were obtained. The diameter is about 71.1 ±2.9 nm. It has good stability. In mice, with the tablet, nanoemulsion could reduce ear edema and the capillary permeability, alleviate the pain caused by acetic acid, and increase the pain threshold for hot-plate test at 30 min, 90 min after drug treatment. Conclusion. Tripterygium polyglycosides nanoemulsion has obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
