摘 要:运用流体力学理论,对高压共轨电控喷油器偶件密封间隙中的燃油流动问题进行了分析,建立了高压共轨电控喷油系统的仿真计算程序,计算了不同偶件密封间隙时的偶件漏泄量。基于国内材料及加工工艺,研制出满足于超高压工况下电控喷油器成品,在共轨测试台架进行了试验验证,证实了仿真计算的准确性,得出了偶件密封间隙的合理取值范围为2~3μm时,装配成的电控喷油器具有良好的密封性和可控性。The problems of fuel flow in the gap of common rail injector pair was analyzed by using hydrodynamics theory, and a simulation model of common rail system was established. Then the fuel leakage in the gap of injector pair was calculated under different clearance. Based on the conditions of manufacture technology and materials in China, the injectors, which can operate under super high pressure conditions, were manufactured. The leakage characteristics of the injector pair were tested on a common rail system test bench. The test results were ih agreement with the simulated results. The reasonable clearance of the injector pair should be 2-3 μm.
