摘  要:目的:探讨颈椎病软骨终板组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、缺氧诱导因子-1!(HIF-1α)的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测25例颈椎病患者和20例颈椎外伤患者(对照组)终板软骨组织中VEGF和HIF-1α的表达,并且对颈椎病患者终板软骨组织中VEGF和HIF-1α表达进行相关性分析。结果:颈椎病终板软骨组织中VEGF和HIF-1α阳性表达率分别为(28±12)%和(39±17)%,对照组VEGF及HIF-1α阳性表达率分别为(43±14)%和(63±11)%;终板软骨组织中VEGF和HIF-1α表达均低于对照组(P<0.05);相关分析显示,颈椎病终板软骨组织中VEGF和HIF-1α表达存在正相关性(r=0.86,P<0.05)。结论:颈椎病终板软骨组织中VEGF和HIF-1α表达明显减少,HIF-1α对调节VEGF的表达起到关键性作用。Objective To explore the expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in endplate cartilage of patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods SP immunohistochemistry method was used to measure the expression of VEGF and HIF-1α in endplate cartilage tissue of 25 cases with cervical spondylosis (experiment group) and 20 cases with cervical injury ( control group). The expression of VEGF and HIF-1α data from experiment group were correlatively analyzed. Results The positive rates of VEGF and HIF-1α were (28 ± 12)% and (39 ± 17)% in experiment group, while (43±14)% and (63±11)% in the control group, and significant difference was found between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). The correlation analysis showed that VEGF expression were highly correlated with HIF-1α expression. Conclusions The expression of VEGF and HIF-1α decreases significantly in endplate cartilage tissues of patients with cervical spondylosis. HIF-1α may play a key role in regulating VEGF expression of endplate cartilage.
