腰-硬联合麻醉两种穿刺针临床应用的比较

摘　　要：目的:比较新型专利的腰-硬穿刺套针与传统的腰-硬联合穿刺针在腰-硬联合麻醉操作方面的优劣情况与麻醉效果。方法:60例下肢、下腹部手术患者,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级,分为两组,Ⅰ组为自制腰–硬穿刺套针,Ⅱ组为B-D公司生产的腰-硬联合穿刺针,两组分别记录腰麻完成后翻身平卧的时间,腰麻及硬膜外阻滞的效果。结果:Ⅰ组腰麻完成后翻身平卧时间为(3±0.3)min,麻醉效果综合评价,优93%,良7%。Ⅱ组腰麻完成后翻身平卧时间为(5±0.8)min,麻醉效果综合评价,优67%,良33%。结论:自制新型专利腰–硬穿刺套针在腰-硬联合麻醉操作的优越性及麻醉效果优于传统的腰–硬联合穿刺针。Objective To compare the new patent lumbar puncture needle-hard-with the traditional lumbar epidural needle used in the combined spinal-epidural anesthesia with regard to the merits of anesthetic effect. Methods Sixty patients for lower extremities or lower abdominal surgery, ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ ,were divided into two groups according to diversed needles, including Group Ⅰ （self-made lumbar puncture needle） and Group Ⅱ （the lumbar epidural needle provided by B-D production companies）. The data were recorded after the completion of the emancipated reclining spinal anesthesia time, the effects of spinal and epidural anesthesia. Results Reclining spinal anesthesia Group Ⅰ stood up after the completion time of （3 ± 0.3） minutes, the anesthetic effect a comprehensive evaluation superior 93% ,7% fine. Group Ⅱ after the completion of an emancipated reclining spinal anesthesia time for （5 ± 0.8 ） minutes, the anesthetic effect a comprehensive evaluation gifted 67% ,33% fine. Conclusion The superiority and narcotic effects of lumbar puncture needle-hard in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia are better than that of traditional hardware joint needle.
